We are glad that you are taking this opportunity to assess your child's developmental and sensory processing capacities.

From the Developmental questionnaire you will learn about your child's cognitive abilities.

From the Sensory Processing Questionnaire, you will learn about your child's reactions to sensory input such as hearing, sight, smell, touch, taste and movement as well as how well they integrate this sensory information.

A chart at the end of each questionnaire displays the results and an interpretation of the results. You will be able to track changes over time. When you have completed both questionnaires, you will have a profile of your child’s strengths and weaknesses.
